Ivy is a wonderful representative of the Greater Swiss breed, and the best family dog we could ask for! She is confident and adaptable in many different situations and loves to keep an eye on her people. When we are out on the hiking trails she never strays far, and if one of us ducks behind a tree for a game of hide-and-seek, she notices and tracks us down immediately!
Ivy has trained to level 4 obedience and is learning to pull a wagon, with plans to add scent work and therapy work in the future. She has achieved her CKC Championship, as well as Championships in the All Breeds International (ABI) live and virtual show series. She passed her temperament test with flying colors through Temperament Test Associates Canada, and has added numerous other titles to her name in the last few years.
Ivy passes this wonderful temperament and trainability on to her puppies, some of which have competed/trained in Conformation, Obedience, Rally and Therapy Dog capacities.
